We used Gloria for my sons first birthday cake. I will start out my saying Gloria's communication skills are amazing. She was prompt to answer any and all questions I had. I gave her the theme of the party, and freedom to make the cake her own. She did not disappoint! We had several guest compliment the cake. It definitely was a talking point at the party. She went over any allergies as well. It was the small, but important details that will have me coming back for every event. I've used other bakery's and people before, but you can tell this is what Gloria was born to do, her passion definitely shows in her work. Do not hesitate to use Gloria for your next event!

Radiant Cakes never disappoints! We've used Gloria for a couple of special occasion events and she nails the design and taste every time. This last request was for a lemon poppyseed cake and everyone raved about the look of the cake and even more once they took their first bite. Her pricing is fair and in line with other professionals. Radiant Cakes and Calligraphy made me THREE wonderful cakes within a WEEK for my daughters first birthday! One for her actual birthday and two for her celebration the following weekend.

I was slightly in denial of my daughters 1st birthday and did everything of course last minute, but Gloria worked with me to get things ready in time for a special celebration.

Gloria accommodated making a low sugar strawberry smash cake for my 1 one year old. This cake was a crowd pleaser for both my daughter and some of my diabetic family friends. My daughter LOVES strawberries.

My daughter’s ultimate cake was a classic vanilla cake with buttercream icing and chocolate ganache. The theme of my daughter’s birthday was fireworks, red, white, and blue. She truly worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for including crystal lollipops to replicate fireworks. It was super soft and moist! I am not much of an icing person, but I ate every part of it!

When I saw the cake it made me cry with how special it was. It truly met what I wanted to create a beautiful first birthday for my daughter. I highly recommend her for cakes for any celebration.

My friend also used her to wrap my daughters present, and it was gorgeous. She incorporated REAL flowers into the wrapping. Simply beautiful.

Gloria truly shows her artistry in her cakes, gifts, and writing. 10/10!!

Gloria is so personable and kind. She made us feel like family and did an amazing job with our sons birthday cake. She was prompt with emails and texting. She even planned a tasting for us so we could decide what cake flavor to pick. I loved getting a preview sketch of the cake to give a visual of what it would look like. On top of all of those amazing things the cake was even better than you could imagine. Everyone at our party raved about how wonderful tasting it was. It was so great it made you want to eat cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would certainly recommend her for your baking needs 10/10

Personally I've seen Gloria attend to all events - from kids birthday parties to my bridal shower and wedding, Gloria has been able to meet and exceed each request.

When you order, Gloria takes the time to understand your vision for each event and provides sketches and examples to ensure your request is exact.

I have enjoyed all her baked goods, especially her strawberry and chocolate cakes! They are rich in flavor and do not taste artificial.

Calligraphy/engravings: I have grown to appreciate the special touch a personalized name card or sign because of my experience with Gloria. For our wedding, Gloria completed hand calligraphy for over 200 name cards beautifully and kept up with our guest updates. It was a nice treat and gift we gave to each of our special guests as well. I have many guests who took photos and their name cards home as a highlight from our wedding. For my bridal shower, Gloria also provided all signs - from calligraphy food name cards to welcome sign, these touches greatly elevated the overall experience for everyone! Just imagine how a simple shrimp plate became more elegant because even its card was personalized. At the very least, if you have a once in a lifetime event, I highly recommend considering personalized calligraphy. You can always save these name cards/signs (especially food) for future events so it's really an investment!
